This product is operated by Velovol, operating under the brand name Velovol / FastMount.

Velovol offers digital software products delivered electronically. All payments and refunds are processed by our authorized resellers (third-party platforms).

2. Refund Guarantee (14 Days)

In accordance with the respective Buyer Terms of our authorized resellers, all customers have the right to cancel their purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date, for any reason.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day period, you may:

• Use the "Manage Subscription" or "Order Support" link included in your purchase confirmation email; OR
• Contact the specific reseller's customer support directly using the information provided in your receipt.

4. Processing & Terms

Refunds approved by the reseller will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout and may take several business days to appear on your statement.

After the 14-day refund period has expired, refunds are handled at the reseller’s discretion and in accordance with their respective Buyer Terms.

All refunds are subject to the terms defined in the respective Checkout Buyer Terms of the authorized reseller.
