This product is operated by Yanhu Cao, operating under the brand name Velovol / FastMount.

Velovol provides self-hosted software for managing and distributing development environments. We do not provide hosting, storage, or managed infrastructure services.

2. Scope of Service

Velovol is a self-hosted software product.

You are responsible for:

• Installing and operating the software
• Managing your own infrastructure and storage
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction

We do not access, host, or control your data.

3. License & Usage

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Velovol according to the selected plan.

You may not:

• Resell or sublicense the software
• Use the software for illegal activities
• Reverse engineer or modify the software except as permitted by law

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Velovol is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velovol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the software during the previous 12 months.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
